Online and Offline applications for Common Entrance Examination will be available on www.cucet.ac.in from 10 am on May 3,2010. The last date for receipt of online and offline application is May 27,2010. Please visit respective university website for institution specific details and information,
All admissions will be made based on Common Entrance Examination to be conducted on June 19 and 20,2010 for UG and PG programmes respectively.

C e r t a i n courses have additional screening process such as interviews/group discussions etc where applicable. Applicants are required to check the respective university website for this information.
Admission to the above programmes is subject to applicants’ fulfilling eligibility conditions for various programmes as notified in the respective universities’ websites.
Applicants awaiting results in the qualifying examination may also apply. However, their admission will be subject to their getting the eligibility marks in the qualifying examination.; the proof of which shall be submitted before the last date fixed for the completion of the admission formalities by the Universities concerned

Applications are invited for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2011 for admission to First Year of two-year Full Time Post Graduate Degree Courses in MBA/MMS and PGDBM/PGDM in the Government, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State.

Admission to first year of two year full time post graduate degree courses in Management namely Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Management Studies (MMS) and Post Graduate Diploma Courses in Business Management (PGDBM)/Business Administration (PGDBA).
The institutes which qualify for the admission process as per these rules are:
• Approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
• Recognised by the Government of Maharashtra.
• Affiliated to any one of the ten Non Agricultural / Non Technological Universities in Maharashtra state.
Following are the types of Institutes in the Maharashtra state covered by these rules;
a) All Government Management Institutes
b) All University Departments of Management
c) All University Managed Management Institutes
d) All Unaided Management Institutes whose Association has given consent to participate in the CAP rounds conducted by the State Government.
The admission to the courses MBA/MMS is centralized and is covered under Centralized Admission Process (CAP) carried by the Competent Authority of the State of Maharashtra.

The MAH-CET paper contains 200 questions and the duration is 150 minutes. There is no negative marking in the paper, which acts as the plus point for the test takers. Unlike other MBA entrance exams, there is no sectional division of the paper. The areas which are tested are Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation/Sufficiency and Reasoning.

ELIGIBILITY

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR MAHARASHTRA MBA CET new
Eligibility Criteria for appearing to MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2011:
Candidate should have Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Full Time Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.

OR
Appeared for the final year examination of any Full Time Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years
duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.

Note:
1. For the academic year 2011-12, both the Maharashtra State and OMS candidates who have appeared / appearing for the CAT 2010 are considered eligible for admission against the All India Seats subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria mentioned in the Information Brochure. Such candidates are also required to procure the Information Brochure alongwith Application kit and submit & confirm the Online Application form.

2. For admission to MBA/MMS/PGDBM/PGDM course, the candidate is required to score minimum 30 marks in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2011. Candidates seeking admission on the basis of CAT 2009 are required to obtain minimum equivalent score.

Submission and Confirmation of Online Application Form :
• Aspiring candidates will be able to submit and confirm the Online Application form through the web site www.dte.org.in/mba through any computer connected to Internet.
• For the submission and confirmation of the online Application Form the candidates are required to use the Application ID and Password provided in the Application Kit. Candidates are also required to upload his/her photo and signature as per the instructions given in the Application Kit. Candidates are advised to preserve the Application Kit carefully and not to disclose the Application ID & Password to others to avoid impersonation.
• In order to take the printout of the Online submitted Application form and the printout of the Hall Ticket for the CET, it is mandatory for all the candidates to confirm the Online submitted Application form and such applications only will be considered valid for further processing.
Applications sent by Post/Courier etc. to ARCs/DTE office will be rejected and no
communication in this regard will be done with the candidates.
It should be noted that no documents are required to be submitted at this stage. Candidates are
advised keep the necessary documents ready at the time of Document verification stage scheduled in the month of May2011.

1. MAT 2011 February Paper Pencil Test – Offline Test

2. MAT 2011 Computer Based Test – Online Test
  • MAT February 2011 Exam Date : From 12 February 2011 (Saturday) onwards
  • Test Timing : In three time slots per day
    1. The Paper Based Test will take place only on one day i.e., 06th February2011 at one time slot i.e., 1000 to 1230 Hrs, whereas the Computer Based Test will take place from 12th February 2011 onwards in three time slots per day.
    2. If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test at any city is limited, these candidates will be permitted to appear for the Paper Based Test on 06th February 2011.
    3. One candidate can appear only for one date for the February 2011 MAT.

How to apply online for taking ATMA?


           

                The admission kit contains the following:

  • When  you purchase ATMA admission kit, you will be
    given a receipt by the  sales centre. The same is required to be
    submitted to the invigilator  at the time of examination along with the
    admit card.

  • Inside the admission kit, there will be self adhesive sticker with Personal ID code affixed inside of the Bulletin front cover.  For applying online, candidates should log on to ATMA website www.atma-aims.org. The specimen online application form for ATMA with duly filled in data of a specimen candidate is enclosed in the Annexure II of the bulletin. Please read it carefully before filling in the online application form which is provided on the website. Please download a copy of the filled up online application for your reference.

COMEDK Application Form

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
Please ensure that you have the following ready at hand before you start filling up the Online Application Form
Note: Send the Application in A4 size envelope only. Do not fold the application form.
    * Demand Draft drawn in favour of “COMEDK”, payable at Bangalore for Rs.700/- for 3 subjects (PCM or PCB) for MBBS/BDS or B.E and Rs.900/- for 4 subjects (PCMB) for MBBS/BDS and B.E.
    * Check for the banker’s signature on the Demand Draft before sending to COMEDK.
    * Look to the sample filled in online application before you start filling your online application.
    * Ensure that the online application form is filled up properly and completely.
    * After you have filled your online application form, click on the “Preview” button. This will enable you to check all the entries made by you and to correct, if necessary.
    * Once you are satisfied about all the entries, click on the “submit” button.
    * The server will assign you an application number, and provide the facility to view/print your online application form with the details you have filled, along with the application number.
    * Only after verifying the details take a printout of the Online Application Form and Online Date of Birth Certificate / Identity proof (COMEDK and Candidate Copy)
    * The completed application form must have the signature, left forefinger impression of the candidate and candidate’s parent/guardian’s signature.
    * Kindly do not send any original documents along with the application form.
    * Kindly stick your recent (not older than six months) passport size colour photograph only in the space provided.
    * Application Form with smudged / tampered / hazy photograph or photograph older than 6 months will be Rejected.
    * Photographic mismatch would result in debarring the candidates writing COMEDK UGET-2010
    * Do not staple or pin the photograph on the application form. Do not Sign and no attestation is required on the photograph.
    * Please adhere to the time schedule enlisted in the calendar of events.
    * Incomplete / incorrect applications are liable to be rejected without prior information to the candidate.
    * Multiple application form received from the same candidate will result in confusion and may result in disqualification.
    * Demand Drafts in excess of the prescribed fee (Rs.700/- or Rs. 900/-) if sent by the candidate will not be refunded.
    * Non refundable fee for taking COMEDK UGET-2010 and attending centralized counseling if eligible is Rs. 700/- or Rs. 900/-.
    * COM EDK is not responsible for any error the candidate makes while filling up the Application Form.
    * COM EDK will not entertain any changes in the application form and no refund will be made.
    * Candidates who are listed in the Red List featured on our website need to contact COMEDK Help desk (080-41132810) for clarifications.

    * Printed Online COMEDK Copy of the Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof (Once you submit your online form, you will also have a provision to print a format of this form, which must be attested by the Head of the Institution where he/she last studied or Gazetted officer not below the rank of Tahsildar of the area in which he/she is a resident). The online candidate copy of Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof should be retained with the candidate.
